Relative study window

In this window you can make comparison between previously saved lines (files) and Compare the confidence intervals of them.

1 Back button: Back to main window
2 Add file button: Add file (line) to comparison or relative study.
3 Remove file button: Remove the selected file from comparison study.
In the above example that will remove test3 line.
4

Remove all files button:

Remove all files from the table below.
5 Rename line: Permit you to rename line name. This name will be used to represent the line in output table and graphic.
6 Help button: Display help.
7 Abbreviation: Here you can select or edit the Abbreviation (LD, LC or LT ext..) which will used in output sheet. Of course all compared lines must have the same abbreviation, if not LdP Line will prompt you.
8 Sort according LD: Here you can write the value of LD or LC which, you want to sort the tested lines according to it. At the above example, lines will be sorted according to LC50.
9 Set the potency index reference line: Select the reference line which will used to calculate the potency index.
Where potency index =

LC value of the reference line

LC value of the tested line

* 100
10 Set the resistance ratio (RR) reference line: Select the reference line which will used to calculate the resistance ratio (RR).
Where Resistance Ratio (RR) =

LC value of the tested line
(usually the resistance strain)

LC value of the reference line
(usually the susceptible strain)

11 Lines limit: The lines will be drawn between these limits.
12 Lower & upper limits: To view lower & upper limits in output table.
13 Probability of T value: This T value is used to calculate the confidence limits of sorted LD or LC.
There are 3 values of Probabilities to select one of them 0.10, 0.05 and 0.01.
14 Significant differences: To compare the confidence intervals of sorted LD or LC and show if they are overlap or not to see if they are significantly different or not.
15 Toxicity index: Add toxicity index to output table.
16 resistance ratio (RR): Add resistance ratio (RR) to output table.
17 Slop: Add slop value to output table.
18 +/- Add slop confidence limits to output table.
19
20
21
Add any LD value to output table: To add any LD or LC ... value to output table write it in field (19) then click button (20), that will add this value to list (21). So it will be included in output table.
22 Delete: Delete the selected LD from list (20). So it will not be included in output table.
23 Calculate: Going to make comparison between certain files and view output tables and graphics.
